About Returns


Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you’d like to return or exchange the products:

1. Put your item(s) in a packaging bag with the original shipping label. Please make a note of which items you are returning and why. 

2. Send back to our dsitribution center (we advise you use a tracked service):

3. You will receive an automatic email notification from us once your return has been received and your refund has been approved. If there are any issues with your return, our customer service team will make contact with you. 

Faulty/damaged items
Please inspect the items upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Sale/seconds & sample items are NON-returnable, the price reflects this on all items. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.

We can only accept returns in the original unused/unworn condition.

We will gladly help you to change your order for a different color or design. Please make sure the originl order is in original packaing and unused/unworn. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items, the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
